To me, this answer from Matt is a direct influence from Falafel. Before Matt met / shared an apartment with him, he was much more focused on equities and plays. I think Falafel has provided an excellent injection of knowledge and technique to Matt's game.

I should be clear though, Matt was already very very strong, and in many ways well adapted to that part of the game prior - IMO.
