A tough binary decision. There is the choice between achoring on the 20-point or making the the 4-point. Both points are very attractive for different reasons though. 8/4(2) makes the 4-point whereby a long-term asset is achieved. This play is efficient, however it doesn't look appropriate in the given position. What's even worse, it neglects our backcheckers on the far side of the board. The Prime Factors have already 10 checkers in their attack zone, and sooner rather than later they are inclined to build important points or to attack our backcheckers once they are splitted. Hence, moving up and anchoring on the 20-point seems to be more efficient.
