Considering several plays here. 23/14 seems too loose for me. Too easy for opponents to hit first one and then the other of the blots left and cruise in to an easy victory and possible gammon. 23/18 10/6 saves the one blot and tries to make a stand by claiming opponent's bar point. But the Dillies would be all too happy to just hit our blot as we have nothing on our side. 10/6 13/8 is as safe as can be, but is very stacky. Then I'd rather prefer 10/6 8/3, saving one blot, keeping our back men (hopefully) out of harms way, and starting a point in our home board.

10/6 8/3
