I'm not seeing the seven point as being all that useful. Either we close them out or they anchor. It's of no value in a close out, and after anchoring they will be so far behind in the race that neither runner is going anywhere for a while. The only use for it is if we can pick up a third checker, but that's not all that likely for now.

So, I'll opt to aim another builder at the ace point by playing off the seven. Then it's a choice of playing the other checker off the seven or moving the one of the runners. Leaving three blots is probably sound, but leaving none while retaining the anchor is safer. I'm not sure how many more gammons we pick up by leaving a blot on the seven, but I doubt it's all that many.
