It seems to me that bar 20;20/18 is right here. 8/6 does nothing except safety a checker. 20/18 offers significant duplication & provides reasonable hopes for Blue to double anchor here.

A double anchor & a 4 point board coupled with White's blots provide Blue with reasonable hope of at least hitting a fly shot & flooding the outfield.

And note that the cube is centered.
