PR difference affecting the gameplay

Seems to me that PR can vary according to match length. A player with a 5pr that plays mostly 3 point matches is probably not nearly as good as a 5pr that plays mostly 11 pointers. I don't have much experience with money game play, but being the doubling decisions are less complex than they are in long matches, I'd assume the same dynamic would apply.
