I would like this Bulgarian (the land of Orpheus) song translated for Shakira to perform.
Who is going to translate? Someone of the Bulgarian Spanish speakers?
Пустото лудо и младо...
ДАЛИ ДА МУ ДАМ
Is Colombian Spanish or Portugese?. Maybe Coo-coo band could imitate Shakira sound to produce "Young and Wild"? And the language is English, of course, the mother tongue of Shakira:)
The question is: Shall I give (in to) him shots or play safe. To pee or not to pee... Granted the "philosophy" of holding games is most often "hold your cheeks (hips) tight:)
Hips lie:)
As my friend says: 13/xx enables him to blot 2 with 61.
In a mutual holding (barVScentral) game the pivotal number is 12. When the central owner is less than 12 points (incl. 4 for the roll) ahead, it is probable that the oponent will blot first. Another consideration is that the central real estate owner has the positional advantage - he can win by race (if missed or rolls doubles) OR by hitting a shot. The barpoint sitter can mostly rely on a winning shot and has a small racing equity. All the way from 1pt race advantage to 12 pt the midpoint owner will probably get the FIRST SHOT. That is why, my friend says: I would not be in the boots of the bar point sitter...
Apart from the particular short term benefit of enabling 61 antijoker, we will need to break the midpoint next move anyway. Not breaking the midpoint now looks a little stiff. We will be in a 7 point disease position that I disgust. XG confirms the best 4 moves include breaking the mid.
Third best 13/10 4/2 tries to increase the prime on both sides in the expectation of the shot.
Second best places the checker on the 8 - both better for the back prime making and covering the 2 without slotting it and creating 2 blots.
Best move 13/11 4/1 utilizes the dilly builder which is often important in the economy of holding games. We often misconceive economy as savings. Actualy economy and war effort are the the same thing only on a different scale - both are utilizing available resources to reach a goal. Hence the "Genius" proverb: Economy is mother of mysery:)
I picked 13/11 13/10 which is almost a blunder... It is neither a pure prime building, nor economy dilly builder use. It is only a useless "safety".
In addition, the wet man pisses in his pants. I.e. It doesn't hurt much to be hit when way behind...
In fact, both tactically (every roll dicussed by Stick) and strategically (wet man theory) the midpoint blot is immune for the next turn.
