I tried playing both sides of the computer program for a while and I saw many benefits. But by far the main thing was (in my case) that it helped me remove the frustration I felt about the dice (being unfair). In the past, I used to get really upset about unlucky dice sequences and that affected my play and concentration. I don't have that problem anymore. .
