In Response To: 2nd anchor or blocking point, Variant Position (Nack Ballard)
I see very little reason for Nack to post this variant if the answer is the same. My problem is that my over-the-board play is still bar/22 13/9 and that is my official answer. The second play that I would consider is bar/22 7/3*. I realize that when your opponent has a one point board and we are well behind in the race there is not as much cost being hit. Still, why leave all those blots when we can just make a broken 4 prime and block 6s?
