How many market losers here?

The naive question.... OK so I count market lovers. Today my decision process is... "There are a shit ton of crushing rolls here, maybe I should cube before I lose my market."

This highly scientific approach has improved my play but often I am already too good and I cube incorrectly or there are some number of shit rolls that result in getting punished for my lack of foresight. Looking at anti jokers would probably help but doesn't really translate to some kind of equity assessment that could be compared to a MET.

How to you assess these in 1) the obvious cases mumble, mumble wtf is ohagans rule and why or something else useful 2) The cases where it is a close decision. ?
