Backgammon Ace - Interesting Tool

For those like me who don't tend to jump onto new things in be servers.

BG Ace is an interesting experience. GNU 2 ply feedback after each move. It is very much like using tutor mode except play is $ with people. Mostly quite weak players based on a small sampling.

The immediate feedback after a move is both good and bad. For those looking for play it is annoying. For those looking for electroshock each time they make a poor move it is excellent.

When the game says you are merely good or says nothing at all you find yourself searching for the alternatives. Very distracting the next move but excellent for dragging you out of bad habits.

I will almost certainly learn to despise the bot but it may very well provide another tool to force me into thinking instead of mindlessly pushing a checker
