Interesting problem. Making the bar point is my first instinct, but that leaves five stripped points. Making the five exposes a direct shot plus an indirect for a total of sixteen shots at the blot on the eleven, plus that exposure makes it more convenient for white to hit loose in her home board.

I'll go with the bar point, but without much conviction.
