Yeah.. Since the opponent is on the bar now & his second blot is vulnerable - we have significant initiative in the game right now. Hence, the advanced anchor on 16 pnt is much more logical, than more defensive anchor on 20 pnt, which would be more reasonable if the opp's position would be more constructive & offensive.
