Another thing that occurred to me is potential cube actions. If Blue makes a three-point board, and then gets a hit soon thereafter, there are probably a lot of poor rolls from the bar that lead to a cube. Dancing could mean a pass.

If Blue makes the anchor now, there will be fewer cubes after a similar poor entering roll.
