And yet another play I blew in LA

This is one of those positions I not only got wrong, but after seeing the right play I am having trouble understanding it. Why am I posting here? Because it is interesting to see if others make the same mistake I do and interesting to see if anyone here can give a good explanation of the right play.

DMP and blue to play 4-3 from the bar. (The right play at DMP seems to be the right play for money as well.)
