LAPSUS CUBUS ?

When a player has an automatic redouble and he does not send the cube, how much does he gets pinged by XG in the PR evaluation?
Neil K was trailing 6-a, 4a vs. Shlomo K and send a cube before the last contact was lost. After misses by both players to a direct shot to the opponent’s last straggler, Neil entered the race as a favorite (16 pips ahead plus the roll).
After a few more rolls, Shlomo made a huge blunder with a re-cube to 4 on this position: (Time 1:01 in video).
Neil took it but he did not immediately re-cube (LAPSUS CUBUS). I was surprised to see that it was not even an error!
He re-cubed to 8 on the next roll, but ended up losing.
I guess the missed re-cube not being an error comes from the fact that there is no sequence where the opponent has a drop after the re-cube to 8 happens.?? (Somebody explain, please).
