I'd make the 5pt. almost instanstly. 13/10 is not very constructive, forming a semi-prime without flexibility, keeping the weaker board. Race is even, so overly safe plays aren't important.

Making 5pt.:
- unstacks
- makes even boards
- gives opp some hits from bar, but we will have plenty of returns
- in 25% cases when opp dances, we can cash (or even better - be too good)
- when in doubt, make the 5
