Tennis + ... Backgammon?!

I remember seeing a glossy backgammon magazine with Vitas Geralitus on the cover.

Pretty sure that was an issue of Las Vegas Backgammon which was pubbed for a few years in the late 70's and early 80's. Although there were a few OK articles (calibrated to the articles of those times) it was hard to find much useful info there, IMO. But (as you note) their covers were interesting/eye-catching.
