OLM Roster update

I have culled the rosters of the OLM teams to those players who have been active since my return from hibernation. I generally consider "active" to be "votes at least half the time." Anybody who was so removed may easily petition to return to active duty.

The rosters stand at 11 each:

Dilly Builders: ah_clem, Chase, David Rennie, Keene, Martin, Mike Clapsadle, MishyPoo, neilkaz, roadkillbooks, scotty, Wolfgang

Prime Factors: Bob Koca, Casper Van der Tak, Chuck Bower, Dan Wittkopp, garyo, Havard Raddum, jdg, mitokid, Seth, Steve Mellen, Taper_Mike
