XG PR analyze mystery

I searched for duplicates in Backgammon Studio and a couple of matches surfaced:

ez2bcubed (3.16) - fanar (1.81) GM001-0213 2011Aug0103432 (1)_1346215133 fanar (3.56) v ez2bcubed (3.98) _2011Aug0103432_1347106955

They looked like the same match and I opened them in XG again and analysed them again and then numbers stayed close to the same. Then I exported both matches to text and compared those two files and they came up as identical. Wot? What am I missing here?

I have sent both files to Xavier for closer inspection. I have been rather trusting in the analyzed XG matches that I come across. Do I have to export/import/analyze every single match in Backgammon Studio in order to trust the data again? Bugger! :-)
