Your play makes sense (and I had seen it).

I did not chose it because of the second blot, and the lack of the bar as safety after getting hit. Number of shots is about equal (I think yours one less), and getting of the anchor also has value, so it should be close between your play and 13/10 15/11. Everything else ought to be bad.
