I'm continuing as part of the team, I just didn't see the recent threads so I'm late to the party.

Make the four-point anchor, make the ten point, and then either hit on the three point or quietly play 8/5. I think the hitting play is sound, but prefer the quiet play. I thought about making the bar point, but think the anchor is more important due to their four-prime.
