One caution for transcribers

First I must thank the transcribers for all their hard and dedicated work!

I have just one cautionary remark since many of these matches will be used for BMAB and BMAB counts resign errors. (It was decided that this is the way to measure the PR hit one must take for losing on time.)

So when a player takes his last roll in a game and the roll isn't adequate they often don't play it and just concede. While I think every transcriber does this, I want to make sure that all realize to make some reasonable play for the player conceding so he doesn't get hurt by a resign error. For example, Blue rolls 41 here and concedes gammon without moving. The transcriber need to make a move for Blue to prevent a resign error.
