If a kibitzer should report a problem, then when is it appropriate to do so? If s/he sees something why wait until the match has been completed? The whole thing would not have cast such a pall over the tourney world had it been done at the first opportunity. I'm afraid that kibitzers could be favoring one side or another. This seems grossly unfair. Again, this needs to be fixed in the rules and the rules need be available for perusal at each tourney. Prevention rather than cure seems to be called for.
