Thanks Stein. So during the ramp up phase where experience is < 400 the formula would be =(D1-(1/(1+10^((B1-A1)*SQRT(C1)/2000) ))) * 4*SQRT(C1)* ((500-E4)/100) where E1: Experience.

I hope that I understand that correctly.
