Championship Backgammon [the book]

I've been looking through an old book by Barclay Cooke, Championship Backgammon: Learning Through Master Play (1973).

I contains the first eight games of thirty-six of an international team duplicate backgammon tournament between the Americans (Barclay Cooke and his son Walter) and the British (Phillip Martyn and Joe Dwek).

Have the remaining twenty-eight games been transcribed? Does the video still exist? I would love to see how Cooke's son, Walter, played the game in that bygone era.
