Downloading USBGF Magazine?

Can someone remind me exactly how to download the PDF version of the USBGF magazine? I've never managed to do this on the first try, and I can never remember the trick -- I thought it was to click through the 'Read More' link at the bottom of the issue and then yo'd get a working download button? I'm reaching a page that has
