Ed O'Laughlin is the victim of another illegal move in Monaco!

At the 2:14:50 mark of this match against Tatsuya Tanaka, Ed O'Laughlin ends up with two checkers on the bar when his opponent misplays a roll of 11. Only one checker was hit.

In an earlier match, Victor Ashkenazi illegally played a roll of 55 against Ed.
