Reminder to Novices about tiered-entry in Charlotte

Just a reminder that Novices in Charlotte can play completely free, if they so desire. In addition, USBGF is giving each Novice a free 6 month membership, and a free backgammon book (if they don't have enough books, we'll give them away by drawing). Plus, the winner still gets ABT points, a trophy, and a nice board (also donated by USBGF).

That's pretty good return on a $0 investment!

Of course, if they want to play for money, they can. There are 2 optional side pools, both returning 100%.
