If you need a room, or if you booked at a higher rate...

...please email me. I can still get rooms at the group rate, and if you already have a room, I should be able to get the rate adjusted. (The exception might be if you booked a non-refundable pre-paid rate)

The Courtyard has been fantastic to work with, and has promised to honor the group rate as long as they have rooms available. You can no longer get the rate through the website or reservation number, but you can through me or by calling Nikki Kourounis' direct line: 704-945-6813. Just tell her you want to book a room for the backgammon tournament.
