I would avoid making the 22 because that is not a good anchor to have, especially when slightly ahead in the race. We want to spread out and either spring checkers or make a more advanced anchor. In the spirit of Stick, let's avoid the 22.

So B/23 and then my first thought was 24/21, trying to go for a more advanced anchor directly, when White has few checkers in the zone. Another idea is 8/5*, hoping for a misfiring roll (6X) from the bar. I'd probably play 24/21 against a good player, while against a weaker player, I might try to increase the complications with 8/5*.
