Rules of various federations and the key differences

To help me understand the different backgammon rules worldwide, I created this table: http://kenlarsennc.com/bgfederations.htm

As I get time, I'll read each of the rule sets and update column 3. You're all welcome to help me in this effort. I'm looking for key differences.
