Three checker EPC formula

There also is a good general epc formula for three checker bear off positions..all checkers in the home board...epc = 9.5 + 0.7 ( actual pip count). I seem to recall a minor adjustment...add half a pip for high stacks, subtract half a pip for low stacks...but i will have to look that up. High stacks meaning two checkers on the same point above the remaining blot, low stack the opposite. Somehow this got squeezed into another notebook...
