USBGF Acquires ABT

The USBGF also owns and controls the ABT Facebook page. Bill Davis, in agreement with the USBGF, will continue to post on the ABT Facebook page as he has traditionally done. We have administrative privileges on the page and can post there as well, in addition to posting on the USBGF Facebook page. We are exploring the best ways to manage the two Facebook pages concurrently and/or to integrate the two pages.

We plan to maintain and sustain the ABT points system for its historical and correlational significance spanning the years and eras. Additionally, we plan to expand and to further enhance our master points systems to better, and more comprehensively, address participation and success at all levels, from the local clubs to the national tournaments -- with both live play and online play.

Some other plans and objectives are generally discussed in the original announcement.
