No matter how you define it, ER/PR can only be used to measure how similar a certain player plays compared to a certain bot, as measured by that bot itself.
Thus, speaking of concepts like "pay now or later" within the same context as ER/PR is absurd.
"Pay now or later" is a tactical/strategic decision that a bot would not be capable of making itself, thus not capable of recognizing and rating it when a human player makes such a decision.
I don't know what is best to do here but if you kids want to play like bots when you grow up, you need to stop trying to mix strategy into ER/PR.
Murat has posted about this several times in RGB, over the years. If you weren't afraid to open your minds and broaden your horizons to other forums, you would have found and read them already.
But, so what? It looks like nothing/nobody can help some/most/all of you shed your dogmatic denials, in which case one can understand (even if not condone) his frustrated language...
