Thanks for a very detailed and probably near complete answer beyond my expectations!

I'm very much turned off from participating in this forum and don't how long more I'll stay, but even so I thought I would suggest something that may be useful.

Articles like this should be tagged and separately indexed as more valuable than the rest of the thousands of stupid one-liners.

I don't know if the forum software has any features like reader rating but even if not, the owner/operator can rate them as editor's picks and mark them with an eye catching special character like ֍ for visual filtering and/or add a short unlikely sequence of characters like "XYZ" for text search filtering (as I have done in the title above).
