My back-of-the-envelope calculation is that white's takepoint is about 9/60 or 15%.

A well-timed ace point game is worth about 20% and this should be a bit better than that since she owns the deuce point instead of the ace. Not really concerned about the spare on the deuce being a problem. Note that all fives except for 51 play poorly for blue.

So, looks like a clear take to me, and unless I was playing someone who I thought would pass I'd wait until the take decision was more difficult or my gammon chances evaporated.
