Bob Wachtel joins BLC

Bob Wachtel has been rated as one of the top players in the world on the Giants of Backgammon list for the past 12 years.

He is currently ranked No. 7 in the world in Performance Rating by the BMAB rating organization. Bob has won many tournaments around the world and has written two classic backgammon books. He has served for the last 6 years as the editor of the USBGF flagship magazine, PrimeTime Backgammon. We are proud to have Bob as a consultant to the Backgammon Learning Center.

Bob will assist with lesson material and curriculum and will advise the BLC on the latest backgammon strategies and tools.

With the addition of Bob we now have over 20 teachers and 2 advisers offering lessons on line and live in 10 languages. Lessons range from $30 an hour for beginners, and through the International Collegiate Program we offer significant discounts and many free lessons to students.
