24/18 was my first thought, too. But White is inflexible, only some rolls play safe, and he can expose right away, or on the next turn. I'd keep 2 anchors and build with 9/4 6/5. We have some timing in the midpoint to wait for the shot.

24/18 lets him hit with too many rolls - most 1s, 5s and 6s - to gain tempo to run through the outfield.
