As I grew more curious and researched the "XG violating GNUBG GPL", I came to conclude that you have been as sly and secretive as Xavier, Phil, et. gang. on the subject.

I will expand on this issue depending on and in proportion to your response (if).

At this point, I fail to see how you benefit GNUBG's cause in any way.

I think you would do better for yourself if you joined Xavier as a GPL expert witness, or Phil et. co. as a boot camp drill sergeant or to sell precision dice to the "kids all over the world", etc...

And I think GNUBG would fare much better without you!

Ideally, you three should walk to the end of the world and jump together holding hands.

The alternative for you all is just a future of debasement and disgrace... :(
