XG analysis opening book questions

In XG's Option and Settings/Analysis there are several check boxes. This post asks for clarification on 2 of them. I looked at the help file but could not find explanations for them. Here they are:

Use Opening book

Do not roll Opening book moves

I think that "Use Opening book" means that XG has a database of previously rolled-out position for the first or second moves. It displays those rollout results (crediting who did them, e.g., "Generated by Grant Hoffman on 6/11/2011 ...") in its analysis. The moves have an icon of the normal distribution curve overlapping a book. Am I correct?

I have no clue as to what "Do not roll Opening book moves" means.
