Tournament Director Rule Option Preferences

This is not intended to push any agenda, just for informational purposes. I've received responses from just over half of the tournament directors regarding which rule options they'll be using for next year (see dropbox link). This shows whether or not they plan on using Legal/Responsible moves, Dice allowed on Checkers, Clocks Mandatory/Preference for the Open division, Baffle Box Preference/Optional, Allowing pictures or not, and if they plan to adopt the new USBGF rules if passed.
The baffle box question should probably had been if they give preference to lipped cups or baffle boxes. Two directors did say they'd give preference to baffle boxes over lipped cups, and that is noted in the comments.
3 directors are shown with "No" for Adopting the new USBGF rules, but none of them stated that they wouldn't adopt them. It was marked this way due to discrepancies with their responses and the rules. This is noted in the comments.
Some fields were also marked "--" because they were either not answered, or the director said they have not made a decision yet. Their response, if any, is noted in the comments section.
