Question about picture taking

Revision: Amended: In Clocks Preference events, players may not take pictures or have a match transcriber if they decline to use a clock. No player may self-transcribe unless they use a clock.

Is indicating (in a way no one would find distracting) to someone else to take a picture (from the usual spectating distance) allowed?
