streaming with remote commentary

I watch streamed matches with the hope that I will learn something. Simultaneous commentary increases the "value added" considerably, but here in the US, commentary seems to be limited to only those tournaments where Falafel or Larry Shiller are present.(There are a few exceptions.) With current technology and the USBGF's high end equipment, wouldn't it be possible to have different Giant-level players (paid or volunteers) add commentary to the streams from the convenience of their own homes? If this could be managed on a regular basis, I would gladly pay an extra fee to the USBGF for a password enabled subscription.
