After this roll, white will be off in two about half the time. Blue should play to maximize how often he is off in two. So, taking two off seems like it's obvious - if the only way for blue to win was to roll doubles then 3/2(4) gives one more shake, but there are plenty of other ways for blue fo win.

So, after ripping two, the choice is 3/1 or 3/2(2). 3/2(2) means that aces are bad and everything else is good, while 3/1 makes one ace good while making deuces bad.

So, I'll play 3/2(2) 1/off(2)
