Sounds like a great idea to me.

I am sure there is a direct correlation between highly-skilled players and the ability to count pips quickly and well. And it's not because they are "similar" skills or use the same part of the brain.

It's because great players know how important the pip count is in so many situations....not just pure races.

Just as important is the ability to count shots, covers, number of good and bad rolls quickly.

I think those two skill are greatly overlooked that many books, articles and teachers don't stress enough.

I'll be in Florida (Dania Beach) on the 14th running a special tournament and Beat-the-Pro event with Mochy (he's the pro) or I would join the lesson with Stick.
