problem with XG

I have no clue, however, I always advise doing three things:
1. Close and re-open the program
2. Check for updates...maybe there is an update that fixes problems like this.
3. If all else fails, go to Help/Registration/activation manager and write down your product key. Then remove XG from your computer, go to www.extremegammon.com and upload a new one. When you go on line, put in your product key and there is no charge.
