Move naming convention: half switch?

Hi there,

does it exist a common convention on naming moves like 5/3*/2 in the first example and 6/2*/1 in the second example below?

If yes, could you share it with me? If not, what do you think a proper naming could be? The best I came out with for now is "half switch". Any thoughts?
