After looking these over you should be able to draw your own conclusions on how the rollouts results might align if you were to have a 31 to play on the third roll without the spare on the 8pt. Instead of writing a 3 page breakdown of all the positions, let's say the 5pt is immensely more valuable than the 4pt and leave it at that for now.
