Most frequently broken US rule?

4.3 MOVING. A player shall move the checkers in an unambiguous manner, using only one hand. Checkers must be reentered from the bar before moving any other checker. A player shall not touch any checkers or dice during the opponent's turn.

I've seen all three of the above sub-rules broken, with the first and third rather frequently. QotD (previous post was for yesterday): do you allow your opp to break rules? (If you want to fess up to breaking them yourself, that would be even better.)

The reason I thought of this is because the US clock rules say:

3.4 COMPLETING A TURN. A player completes his turn by “hitting” the clock with the same hand used in moving,....
